10K
So today I decided to run a 10K just to see if I could do it, and I DID!! I was so proud of myself, although I did think I was going to die! It took me 1hr 4min. Obviously not sprinting through any of it, but I ran the whole way. Next time I try that feat I will make sure I eat something before I leave in the morning. I about threw up when I was walking during my cool down! But I did have enough energy to do a little victory punch in the air and dance at the end. Not sure a marathon is anywhere in the near future though....

Brooklyn or Emree?
Just thought you all might like to see how much Brooklyn and Emree look alike, its kind of scary actually! Especially that Emree wears all the clothes that Brooklyn used to wear, I better make sure I get the right name to the right picture in the scrapbooks...well photo albums anyway. This is Brooklyn when she was 10 months old!

Next to my kids this is my pride and joy, I love working in the garden! Chas likes it too, he doesn't have to weed! Actually he always takes care of the kids while I spend time there. It's so nice!

WAY TO GO!!! For your half marathon you will be doing next (because you WILL do a half marathon next...) you can eat before you leave then at about mile 8 you eat that Powerbar Gel stuff that gives you an extra kick towards the end! I'm so excited for you!
Awesome! I just started running about a month ago and am going to do my first 5K this coming Saturday, and am working towards a 10K in a few weeks. I am excited and reading that you did it is fun!
