Girls Weekend

Thanks Tanners for coming down!

We all miss having Janae live with us, it was so good to see her!

Well one boy was there, which I guess we couldn't really kick him out of his own house! Thanks Ezra!

Tyanna, Tacey and Kayla.
So my Mom and my sister came down a couple of weeks ago. It was so fun to have them here. Each of the kids got to go to lunch with Grandma, which they loved. It was so fun to have Tacey here and play with her she has such the personality! She was a blast. On Friday all of us girls went down to Boise to meet my other two sisters and have a girls weekend. We shopped till we dropped, ate at Red Robin (my fave!), laughed and cried (when we had to say goodbye!) All in all it was a lot of fun and I can't wait to do it again!
Funny Story 1
Well I haveto share this funny story about Brooklyn. There is a little girl in our primary who got her appendix out shortly after she was baptized and showed Brooklyn her scar, so here is Brooklyn's conversation with me the other day.
Brooklyn: "Mom I don't think I want to get baptized."
Me: "Why not?"
Brook: "It's too scary."
And I'm thinking she loves the water, what is the problem?
Me: "Whats scary about it?"
Brook: "I don't want to go to the hospital and be cut open after I am baptized."
I started laughing!!! "You think everyone has to be cut open after they get baptized?"
Brook: yes, Jenny did and she even showed me her scar.
So I had to explain to her that that was not part of getting baptized, it just happened that it was close to the same time with Jenny. I thought it was so hilarious, you never know what your kids are actually thinking!!

I can't believe you had a girls weekend without me...how could you!? Kidding. I wish I could've come down though. It looks like it was fun! Too bad Ezra didn't have Thomas to hang out with.
